100 Aikido Ukemi Build Up - Beginner's Level |
Aikido Ukemi learning cycle is divided into 100
exercises to help everyone learn from basic exercises
to more advanced exercises. This is a beginner level
which includes 26 exercises divided into 5 different levels. During this training, you will learn how to retreat in many other
exercises that will form the basis for any Aikido Ukemi
training in the future.
What you will learn:
Perform rolls forward and back smooth
Perform high falls without pain
Performing front and back feathers
Ability to adapt spontaneously to any situation requiring a fall
Develop the flexibility and strength base needed for Ukemi
